A marketing technology stack is more than a tool list: it shows each tool's job and how data moves between tools. Separating collection, customer data, analysis, and activation helps reveal duplicate functions and missing connections.

The demo lights up each layer in turn and updates its connection status. The goal is to deliver the right signal to its destination, not to maximize the number of tools.

Record data ownership, contract cost, and failure responsibility before adding a tool. Check affected connections when replacing one.

When to use

Use it when adding or consolidating tools to inspect overlap and data flow.
